the soup isn’t cooked, is it?
I usually end up throwing half a large melon in our composter because we cannot eat it fast enough. I have never considered that there would be other ways to prepare it, but don’t think I could convince my family to eat that porridge. We waste sooo much food it is really shameful.

Interesting! Millet is grass seed, right? Do they use any additional spices? What proportion do they use? I’d love to experiment with it and see if my kids will eat it.
